Requirements
▪ You have 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally in a SaaS or product company
▪ You have in-depth knowledge of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD
▪ You have experience in creating wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes
▪ You have practical experience in developing and maintaining design systems
▪ You have a deep understanding of user-centered design methods (user-centered design, design thinking)
▪ You can translate complex requirements into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
▪ You have experience in conducting user research and deriving design decisions from the results
▪ You are a strong communicator and can work with different stakeholders
▪ You have basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and basic frontend technologies
▪ You work independently and have a high degree of organization and independence
Tasks & Responsibilities
▪ You design user-centered interfaces for our web-based solutions
▪ You develop user journeys, wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes
▪ You build and maintain a design system that ensures a consistent user experience
▪ You conduct user research, including interviews, surveys and usability tests
▪ You work closely with developers, product managers and other stakeholders to translate requirements into optimal designs
▪ You analyze existing processes and identify optimization potential
