Job description

Sales Development Associate (Germany)

We are hiring sales associates to support our sales department and top management in enhancing overall sales performance. You will manage the company's new business solution through strategic partnerships and programs while identifying opportunities with prospects and converting them into long-term clients.

Role (Part-time)

  • Generate new sales with new and existing clients by identifying and proposing specialized solutions that align with their profiles and requirements
  • Engage with prospects to understand their requirements and develop specialized sales proposals according to standard procedures and requirements
  • Provide advisory support and guidance to prospective and existing clients interested in Africa business development-related programs
  • Respond to sales-related enquiries, follow up on pending negotiations, and track progress towards sales objectives
  • Establish and manage partnerships with key agencies and associations offering relevant solutions for our clients globally
  • Provide regular update reports on sales operations activities and results to the sales department

Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field and good academic achievements
  • Native German speaker and a good level of communication in English language
  • Minimum 3 years of previous work experience in a sales role
  • Experience working on tenders and skilled in proposal development for a wide range of industry verticals
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to confidently interact with clients
  • Able to communicate complex ideas effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Intermediate knowledge of CRM tools, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Flexible to transition to a full-time role
