Job Title: Video Editor
Location: Remote (CST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 12:00 AM to 12:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor to transform raw video content into engaging short- and long-form social media material. The ideal candidate will primarily focus on cutting footage and applying basic edits to create visually compelling content. A strong understanding of video performance across social media and a keen design vision are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing: Primarily focus on cutting and refining footage to meet content length and style requirements, with an emphasis on high-quality, engaging output for social media.
Content Transformation: Convert raw video material into structured short- and long-form videos for social platforms.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with the team to incorporate feedback, ensuring each iteration enhances the videos effectiveness and appeal.
Creative Development: Apply basic design edits and visual adjustments, ensuring each video aligns with brand standards.

Qualifications:

Software Proficiency: Strong experience with Adobe Premiere Pro.
Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple projects with precision and accuracy.
Video Content Understanding: Familiarity with trends in social media video performance and an eye for visually appealing edits.
Coachable: Ability to incorporate feedback on how to make adjustments from previous videos
Strong design vision and ability to incorporate feedback.
Experience in creating visually engaging content for various social media platforms.
