Overview:
As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will help maintain back-office financial systems – Concur, SAP, Oracle FCCS, Kyriba and report to our Assoc. Director of Business Systems. You are a proactive self-starter capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment, managing multiple projects independently, and achieving strategic initiatives with minimal guidance after being onboarded. Beyond maintaining the above systems, your responsibilities will extend to systems integration and any other projects. Working hours will be 2:00pm - 11:00pm IST.
You will:
- Project Management: conceptuale, organize, plan, execute testing, train users and document training materials.
- Work on monthly change management items (metadata updates) for SAP, Concur, Kyriba and Oracle Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud Service (FCCS).
- Maintain security for all applicable business systems.
- Work closely with Internal Audit/BDO with any requests for systems control.
- Manage business systems requests through ServiceNow tickets or emails.
- Willing and able to learn new concepts, processes, and systems with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment offsite; Able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously when required.
- Communication effectively both orally and in writing. Should be able to deliver with minimum handholding.
You have:
- 6-8+ years of increasing responsibility regarding any applicable professional experience of business systems, SAP, Oracle FCCS.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or IT or equivalent degree.
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of system development life cycle, dynamic of application development and Information Technology practices and methods.
- Any ERP systems (like NetSuite or Oracle ERP) experience is a plus.
- Service now experience is a plus.
- Willing and able to learn new concepts, processes, and systems with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously when required.
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
