Job description

👋 Who are we?

Nordhealth’s mission is to build software that improves the daily lives of healthcare professionals. We build software that empowers veterinary and therapy professionals to provide the best possible care experiences to their patients. Our products are used daily by over 50,000 professionals in clinics and hospitals across 30+ countries. We excel with 20+ years of experience in healthcare and veterinary software.

We understand that talent comes from everywhere and anywhere. The greater our diversity, the better the products we deliver. That’s why we are a remote-first company, headquartered in Helsinki, Finland, with all 400+ employees working either remotely or from collaboration hubs. While our market presence is currently strongest in the Nordics, our customer base is rapidly growing in our other markets too, especially in Europe and North America (more at our website nordhealth.com.)

About the role

We are here to create great healthcare products. That’s at our very core, but it’s the people who make companies great, not the other way around. We spend more time with our co-workers than anyone else in our lives. Being part of an exceptional team is not only important for your personal mindfulness but key for your professional progression.

We’re currently seeking a Product Manager to lead our Stock Management product—helping veterinary practices manage inventory more efficiently and sustainably! 🚀
Your key responsibilities include:

As the Product Manager for Stock Management, you will lead the development of features that make inventory management easier for veterinary professionals. Your leadership will bring empathy, collaboration, and data-driven decisions to ensure our product delivers high value to our customers. You’ll work with a diverse team across engineering, design, marketing, and customer success, driving initiatives that improve accuracy, reduce waste, and optimize inventory workflows.

We value work-life balance and offer flexibility in how and where you work, so you can thrive both personally and professionally. If you’re passionate about building meaningful solutions, leading with empathy, and growing your career in a supportive environment, we’d love to have you on our team.

  • Product Vision & Roadmap:
    • Own the vision and roadmap for the Stock Management product, balancing customer needs with business priorities.

    • Set clear priorities that deliver features to simplify inventory control, automate reordering, and provide real-time tracking.

  • Customer Insights & Research:
    • Engage closely with veterinary practices to understand their inventory management challenges.

    • Conduct user research and gather feedback to ensure the product meets customer needs and aligns with industry trends.

  • Feature Development:
    • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to develop and launch features that improve inventory visibility and reporting.

    • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to release, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and continuous improvement.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure successful product launches, positioning, and onboarding.

    • Foster a collaborative team environment where diverse perspectives are valued.

  • Data-Driven Decisions:
    • Use data and analytics to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and guide product decisions.

What will help you to be successful in this role?

Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing, global SaaS company. And then:

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, with a preference for experience in SaaS or inventory-related products.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver impactful solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Passion for solving customer problems and delivering high-quality, user-centric solutions.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

In addition, our humble wishlist would be that you have:

  • Experience with veterinary, healthcare, or inventory management worlds.

  • Familiarity with product management tools like Jira, Confluence, etc.

What’s in it for you?

At Nordhealth, we do things a little bit differently. We value continuous improvement, diverse teams and autonomy which drive our collaboration. Our global healthcare domain is rapidly developing and we are seeking colleagues who enjoy working in this type of environment. 🌎

In addition, we offer:

  • The chance to work in a meaningful industry and in a fast-growing, global company on a path to changing digital healthcare

  • Competitive compensation and benefits

  • Learning and professional growth opportunities

  • The tools you need, and enjoy using

  • Frequent company events and talented colleagues from around the world

If you enjoy working in a fast-growing and international environment with the possibility to make an impact, this might be the perfect job for you. Apply now! We'll fill the position as soon as we find the right person.
