Job description

We are an international iGaming company successfully operating in Tier 1-3 markets and proliferating.

Due to the launch of new projects in different markets, we are searching for a Support Manager with experience in gambling/betting, to work remotely.


Responsibilities:

  • Responding quickly to client requests in chat rooms

  • Advising on functional, technical, and financial issues

  • Maintaining friendly communication with customers, including in the absence of specific queries

  • Achieving personal financial and customer service department goals

  • Collaborating with colleagues in other departments to improve processes and products


What we expect:

  • Experience in a support manager or customer support representative role within the gambling or betting industry

  • Ability to learn new working tools

  • High typing speed (160 characters per minute)

  • Experience in other support roles

  • Ability to quickly resolve conflict situations

  • Ability to find an approach to customers
