🔹 Position: Team Manager
📍 Location: Santa Ana, El Salvador (Hybrid)

Would you like to be part of a globally impactful interpretation company? At OWGS, we’re looking for a Team Manager who will be an essential part of the operations team, collaborating directly with interpreters and other departments to improve production and achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain constant and effective communication with our interpreter team.
  • Collaborate with different departments to coordinate efforts.
  • Generate reports and analysis in Excel and Office 365 apps to support decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Strong English skills.
  • Previous experience is a plus.
