Job description

We are looking for a Middle Functional SAP SD/CS Consultant to join our team, focusing on delivering enhancement requests and supporting RUN activities. In this role, you will be a key contact for various assignments, contributing to solution implementation and user support within a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Rules & Ecosystem:

Collaborate with the domain team to ensure effective knowledge sharing and identification of potential impacts.
Promote global business process usage to minimize deviations.
Adhere to client guidelines and policies for documentation and process alignment.
Identify potential risks and blocking points proactively.

RUN Activities:

Provide support to business users to ensure maximum adherence to solutions.
Act as a Level 3 escalation point, conducting root cause analysis and delivering solution fixes.

Enhancement Requests:

Design and specify enhancement requests, ensuring compliance with the existing core solution.
Prepare both general and detailed specifications in line with client methodology and quality standards.
Transfer design specifications to the offshore team and oversee completion.
Customize configurations and coordinate with the local development team as needed.
Provide recommendations on SAP functionalities.
Conduct verification and regression testing to maintain high-quality delivery standards.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Experience: Strong functional experience with SAP SD module, basic knowledge of SAP CS is advantageous.
Technical Skills: Understanding of technical troubleshooting, debugging, and technical object concepts in SAP.
Languages: Fluent in English; excellent communication skills are essential.

Due to the hybrid work, candidates must live in the metropolitan area of Porto or Lisbon.
