As the Restaurant General Manager (GM) at Indaco Atlanta you are a passionate food and beverage professional with extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry and consider yourself a servant leader. The General Manager will have a proven track record of success in managing elevated yet approachable dining experiences, possess exceptional leadership skills, and have a keen eye for detail.


The Restaurant General Manager (GM) will be highly adaptable, resourceful, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will have daily oversight of people and P&L's while also encouraged to create lasting memories from special moments you and the team individually curate.


DAY-TO-DAY

  • Hands-on leadership from check-in to food service and daily operations oversight
  • Oversee food and beverage across an Italian (VERY busy) concept
  • Maintain the highest standard of service and quality which includes food production, equipment use and control, non-perishables, restaurant service and food and beverage purchasing
  • Lead, mentor, and train / cross-train the team
  • Act as an ambassador for the IRHG and provide leadership and planning to support our service forward culture, people first mentality, and food focused experience to maximize operational abilities and increase guest satisfaction
  • Provide unique guest services that go above and beyond and create memorable moments for guests (internal & external)
Requirements

WHAT TO EXPECT. ON THE FLOOR & IN THE OPERATION…Your schedule may vary (days, nights, weekends, holiday’s) based on seasonality, covers, and hours of operation but in general you can expect to work 55 to 60 hours a week.
