The Participant Engagement Specialist will collaborate with the Senior Participant Engagement Manager and Supervisors to coordinate and develop program analysis, reporting protocols, and materials across the department that will tell a data-backed story of how our events, services and people are performing. This position will also coordinate with leaders of our union partners our department’s role in enrolling new members (the set up of, system requirement, logistics and details). The Participant Engagement Specialist will serve as the department’s primary liaison with Aurora-based departments (i.e., IT, New Membership, Member Services, HIPAA) around systems used by the department, onboarding new members, and other functions as described below.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES
- Assists with member enrollment and engagement events across plans/geographies (both in person and from home office)
- Manages analysis and reporting (CarMa, PowerBI, ImpactPro, Hustle, TigerConnect)
- Drives projects from start to finish, ensuring all stakeholders are aware of tasks and deadlines, as well as identifying and reporting on project milestones and providing status reports to project sponsor
- In collaboration with PE leadership, plays a key role in training and identifying training gaps and opportunities for improvement among Health Promoters, including coordinating development and refinement of trainings, materials, protocols and outcomes reporting for Group and Peer-to-Peer programs
- Helps coordinate agendas and logistics for national in-person trainings and virtual Health Promoter trainings
- Helps coordinate onboarding of and support for new employees in the department
- Serves in an advisory capacity to the Managers of PE on process improvements
- Liaises with Operations to keep them abreast of department’s programs
- Assists in planning, analyzing, and evaluating programs and services, operational needs, and fiscal constraints
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 to 7 years of direct experience minimum (as a Health Promoter or as a Healthcare Patient Advocate/Care Coordinator in similar organization, community organizing/outreach, or union organizing/research)
- Experience using CRM & data analytics software or ability to learn technical programs quickly
- Working knowledge and experience in union or community engagement
- Experience in project management or ability to organize and manage multiple projects, optimize resources, and achieve deadlines
- Experience handling the evaluation of workforce training and development needs and execution of subsequent training efforts
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management or related field or equivalent work experience
- The ability to travel 15-25%
Salary range for this position: Salary $72,600 - $90,800. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to: relevant experience, qualifications, expertise, certifications, licenses, education or equivalent work experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
Work Schedule (may vary to meet business needs): Monday~Friday, 7.5 hours per day (37.5 hours per week). This is a REMOTE work-from-home opportunity with 15-25% travel.
