As they expand their digital footprint, they’re seeking a creative professional to craft compelling narratives and visually stunning content that showcases their artistry and engages their community.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our dynamic team. This role combines responsibilities in administration, customer relationship management, and social media strategy to enhance our business operations and online presence.

Schedule:
  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM AEST
  • Includes 30 minutes paid break

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the Zenoti CRM system to enhance customer engagement and retention. (training provided)
  • Set up and maintain automated email campaigns, including creating and sending birthday vouchers and managing a referral program.
  • Transition the gift voucher system from manual to online processes to improve efficiency.
  • Assist in sending mass emails for new product introductions and promotions.
  • Generate and analyze reports from the CRM to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy, creating engaging content for various platforms.
  • Manage and grow the salon’s social media presence by planning and scheduling posts, monitoring trends, and engaging with followers.
  • Collaborate with the admin team to align social media efforts with email marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive assistant, administrative, or social media management role, preferably within the beauty or service industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Zenoti) and social media management tools.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing, automation, and social media analytics.
  • Excellent data management and analysis skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong creative skills and an understanding of aesthetics for effective content creation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
