Job Description

As a part-time Graphic Designer, you’ll play a crucial role in creating visually stunning designs for custom athletic apparel using full sublimation printing techniques. You’ll craft eye-catching website banners and advertisements that captivate potential customers and showcase our client’s unique products. This position offers a perfect blend of creative freedom and technical challenge, allowing you to push the boundaries of design in the athletic wear industry. Working remotely, you’ll collaborate with a dynamic US-based team to bring cutting-edge designs to life.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging website banners and digital advertisements that drive customer engagement
  
• Develop innovative graphic designs optimized for full sublimation printing on athletic apparel
  
• Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and tight deadlines
  
• Ensure design consistency across various digital platforms and print processes
  
• Contribute to the overall visual strategy and brand identity of the company
  
• Adapt designs to meet specific client requests and industry trends
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
  
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
  
• Knowledge of full sublimation printing process and its unique design requirements
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
  
• Creativity and ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs
  
• Familiarity with current design trends in the athletic apparel industry
  
• Ability to work part-time, 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM PST
  
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
  
• Passion for sports and athletic apparel design is a plus
