Job description

The Arcserve SEO Specialist is responsible for driving the organic growth of relevant traffic to the arcserve.com website. Key directions to achieve this goal include developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, optimizing on-page and off-page elements, analyzing website performance, and tracking our competitors' efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SEO 
    1. Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases.
    2. Develop and implement a comprehensive keyword strategy aligned with business objectives.
    3. Optimize website content, meta descriptions, and title tags to improve search engine rankings.
    4. Optimize website content for search engines and users.
    5. Ensure website content is well-structured, informative, and engaging (joint responsibility together with the Conversion Rate Optimization manager, a peer on the Digital Marketing team).
    6. Conduct regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues such as broken links, slow page load times, and mobile optimization problems.
    7. Implement technical SEO best practices, including effective link building strategies and high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites to improve domain authority.
    8. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.

 

  • Analytics and Reporting: 
    1. Utilize Google Analytics, ahrefs and Google Search Console to track website performance and identify areas for improvement.
    2. Monitor key metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.   
    3. Generate quarterly reports on SEO performance, assess successes and shortcomings and provide actionable insights with a continuous improvement approach.

Requirements:

  • Two years of hands-on SEO work experience in a technology B2B context
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO concepts and proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working with Drupal CMS is a plus.
