Job Overview

Top Tier Representative that has a dedicated focus for 7 hours per day on the General Email Inbox, Chat, Phones, or a mixture of all three. Phone Queues are Spanish, Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant, Group Business, and Brokers as needed by the team. Services client requests for top revenue business lines through Payment, Application Review and Processing, Processing Premium Bearing and Non-Premium Bearing Endorsements, answers questions for clients, Refers Applications to Carrier, handles Special Risk Accounts, utilized as a direct point of contact for key partners and brokers, and handles special projects as they come up. Performs additional duties as necessary and as aptitude grows within the organization.
