Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, 2-4 years of related experience or 8-10 years without a degree, Knowledge and experience in FAR/DFAR requirements, Federal subcontracting experience, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Excel.
Key responsabilities:
- Work with teammates to determine subcontracting requirements
- Facilitate completion of backup documents for subcontracts
- Assist in creating and maintaining official subcontract files
- Support training on subcontract requirements and help with negotiations
- Build positive relationships with partners and provide necessary reporting
