What you'll Do

  • Define key opportunities to optimize the logged-in user experience to meet business objectives.
  • Apply qualitative and quantitative data to develop test ideas with the goal of reducing customer friction for new user acquisition and growing engagement for existing Adobe users.
  • Drive top-of-funnel traffic to logged-in Adobe surfaces and encourage visitors to purchase or experience Adobe products.
  • Simplify the product understanding process to make it easy and straightforward for visitors.
  • Generate ideas to optimize the first-time creation journey for new Adobe users.
  • Encourage a product-led approach within the team to develop seamless user experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement your strategies.

What you need to succeed

  • Must be a student-athlete currently enrolled in a school-sanctioned sport and pursuing a U.S.-based accredited college or university with a target graduation date between December 2025 - December 2026
  • Have a passion for tinkering and crafting with apps like Adobe Express, Photoshop, or other creative tools.
  • Enjoy thinking about the customer journey and be passionate about simplifying it.
  • Be analytical and curious, always asking why, and driven to find proven solutions.
  • Be ambitious and determined to compete at the highest level.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $38.00 -- $51.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
