Ferguson is seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for an Integration Specialist. This position will be crucial in ensuring the success of municipal metering projects, providing essential technical support, and collaborating closely with the sales and leadership team. The ideal candidate will excel in written and oral communication, as well as develop the ability to train customers, troubleshoot issues, and deploy systems in conjunction with Neptune Meter’s process.

Please Note:

  • The candidate must be based in the Western region of the United States, preferably in Arizona or Colorado.

  • Remote role with occasional office visits and travel to client sites.

  • Position is approximately 90% remote and 10% travel.

  • Majority of travel concentrated in the Western region.

  • Occasional overnight travel required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote technical support to customers nationwide using a ticketing system and remote desktop tools to diagnose and resolve Neptune Systems and utility billing-related issues.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate metering solutions into municipal projects.

  • Design, implement, and troubleshoot system integrations to meet project requirements.

  • Ensure compatibility and interoperability of integrated systems.

  • Perform training to internal and external customers on the operation, theory, and troubleshooting of the meter reading system.

  • Provide technical product support and troubleshooting as needed with utility field technicians, customers, and vendors.

  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required.

  • Experience on a customer service team, including a strong working knowledge of service processes, policies, techniques, and applicable regulations required.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a challenging environment with strong organizational skills.

  • Polite, confident, tactful, patient, and diplomatic while dealing with complex problems.

  • Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations to groups.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, etc.)

  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred but not required.

  • Experience with Utility Billing software is preferred but not required.

  • Ability to travel.

Pay Range:

$2,925.00 - $6,325.00

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
