With the extremely successful launch of Vyndaqel/Vyndamax for the treatment of patients with transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy (ATTR-CM), Pfizer cemented its position as a global leader in the field of ATTR-amyloidosis.  Vyndamax/Vyndaqel is a US Commercial priority brand, the anchor brand for the Rare Disease BU. Midway through the life cycle, the competitive landscape is about to have 4 entrants in an 18 month time frame.

What You Will Achieve

US VYNDAMAX HCP Marketing Secondee will be responsible for supporting the strategy and execution of the US VYNDAMAX subnational congress plan. Congresses are a key focus area within the peer-to-peer strategy for VYNDAMAX, with this role helping to complement national congresses and support ongoing field force efforts in the regional and local congress space.

Given the evolving nature of the market landscape and our pioneering spirit in the subnational congress space, the role requires a proactive, organized and solution-oriented colleague who is able to flawlessly execute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The role also requires excellent communication skills, high learning agility, and the ability to work seamlessly with both internal cross functional partners and externally with regional and national thought leaders speaking in the field of cardiac amyloidosis.

This role will report to the US Vyndamax HCP Marketing Director.

How You Will Achieve It

  • Lead overall execution of geotargeted subnational congresses, including management of product theaters and exhibits

  • Facilitate contracting in Navigator+ and communication with thought leaders for product theaters (~25-30) across national and subnational congresses

  • Coordinate congress logistics and planning across cross-functional teams, including field force onboarding and training, medical, and congress support

  • Create and update congress drivers in partnership with HCP team securing Review Committee approval

  • Design and develop a refreshed subnational congress booth and related collateral, partnering with our creative agency

  • Collaborate across the marketing team, flexing to support additional HCP tactics when needed

  • Lead review of metrics post-congress to refine and optimize future efforts

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelors Degree with 7+ years of pharmaceutical or health care industry experience

  • Previous cardiac amyloidosis experience preferred, but not required

  • Marketing Experience preferred, but not required

  • Ability to work under pressure, to take accountability for business challenges, think strategically and tackle complex problems. Proven track record of operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Ability to execute in the face of ambiguity or change

  • Adaptable and flexible with work; being able to work with multiple teams at the same time

  • Able to perform administrative functions with minimum supervision and be able to prioritize work independently

  • Detail oriented, independent, proactive, self-motivated individual with outstanding organizational, interpersonal and written and oral communication skills

  • Fast learner; have the ability to learn new processes and systems quickly

  • Strong team player with ability to gain alignment: Effective listening and communication skills – gathers input from key stakeholders

  • Strong organization skills and reliability

  • IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office products including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel

20-30% travel required for select congresses
