Job description

SiteCare is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Email Campaign Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional passionate about digital marketing and skilled in designing high-converting, audience-specific campaigns. You will play a key role in managing our email marketing strategy, executing weekly campaigns, and segmenting our audience to deliver relevant, impactful content.

Responsibilities
  • Weekly Campaign Management: Write, design, and send a high-quality email newsletter weekly in English.
  • Audience Segmentation & List Management: Curate and manage the email database, segmenting lists by relevant audience verticals to deliver personalized content.
  • Content Development: Develop and execute specialized campaigns tailored to each audience’s interests, needs, and behaviors.
  • Platform Expertise: Leverage HubSpot or ConvertKit (now Kit) to manage email lists, build workflows, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Design for Conversion: Apply design principles to create visually appealing newsletters focused on driving engagement and conversions.
  • Workflow Setup: Establish automated workflows to efficiently manage subscribers, including welcome emails, nurturing sequences, and other automated communications.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions), analyze performance, and implement improvements to enhance future campaigns.
Requirements
  • English Experience: Must be C1 or C2 (Advanced English) writer and speaker
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in email marketing, with a track record of creating engaging, conversion-focused email campaigns.
  • Platform Proficiency: Familiarity with HubSpot or ConvertKit (Kit) is essential; experience in workflow automation and audience segmentation.
  • Copywriting Skills: Strong writing skills with a knack for clear, engaging, and persuasive language tailored to different audiences.
  • Design Skills: Knowledge of design principles and experience in creating visually compelling email layouts.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize based on insights.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to quality and accuracy in both content and design.
  • Graphic Design: Proficiency in basic graphic design tools (like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
  • SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
