Schedule:

  • Part-time, Monday to Friday, flexible during EST business hours

Requirements
  • Proven experience in document management and processing
  • Proficiency in app integration and workflow automation tools
  • Basic technical troubleshooting abilities and a willingness to learn new technologies
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work part-time (20 hours per week minimum) 
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment
  • Ability to align with US Eastern Time Zone working hours
