Title: Program Manager
Location: Remote within the US
The Program Manager, IDX Client Journey will be focused on understanding each of our clients’ current state of operations, their long-term vision, and creating a plan to help them get there. This individual is closely aligned with the overall Transact Campus ID product strategy, considering the company’s vision as it relates to our clients’ products and needs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Meet with client leadership to understand high-level organizational vision (3-5 years)
· Meet with key client stakeholders to understand current-state solution features, functionality, customizations, and workflows
· Collaborate with Transact Client Success Manager and Account Executive for the client to propose appropriate projects and products to meet the client’s needs within their budget
· Propose an actionable plan to help clients achieve organizational vision in desired timelines
· Capture any identified barriers to adoption and provide feedback to appropriate solution Product Managers for roadmap consideration
· Advocate for client needs across organizations
· Contribute to developing repeatable and sustainable process for Client Strategy Alignment to be scaled across clients, solutions, and business pillars
· Develop new services offerings to address client needs, working with appropriate organizational owners and stakeholders for long-term success
Desired Outcomes:
· Increased client adoption of go-forward solutions, including Mobile Credential and IDX for Campus ID
· Increased client satisfaction and retention
· Provide data-driven feedback about client barriers to adoption for new solutions
Must Have Experience:
· Excellent communication, presentation, listening, influence, and change management skills
· 3+ years of client-facing IT experience
· Mastery of professional communication applications, including Microsoft Teams meetings, MS Office Suite
· Excellent problem solving, logical analysis and presentation skills – Leading organizational decisions using data/facts.
· Experience interfacing with executive-level stakeholders
· Ability to take ideas from vision to reality with actionable steps
· Ability to build strong relationships across disparate groups of stakeholders internally and at client sites
· Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred Experience:
· Technical knowledge of Campus ID transaction system applications such as TSE
· Project Management experience or certification
· Product Management experience
· Background in Higher Education or FinTech
· Background in process improvement or workflow design
Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.
