Eater application is the face of our platform, and providing the best possible experience to our customers is the goal of Eater Experience team. As a Senior Product Analyst, you will take full ownership of data-based decision making in Eater Experience group and its subdomains, becoming key partner to a team of 40 professionals: product managers, designers, UX researchers and engineers. 

At Bolt you will be much more than a data cruncher. Our Senior Product Analysts are co-leading the development of the product, being the voice of the customer, and playing a crucial role in deciding what we build and why.

<title>Your daily adventures will include:</title>

  • <point>Analysing the vastness of our data to understand what makes our product lovable, what causes customers to stick, what makes them churn, and how we can retain them</point>
  • <point>Determining measures of success and building up metric architecture - what exactly is a good experience? How do various metrics affect each other and what should we optimise for?</point>
  • <point>Nailing down gaps in conversion funnel across the end-to-end experience from signing up to the platform to placing an order</point>
  • <point>Contributing to the team’s understanding of how customers use our app, what are the patterns they follow, and how we can make it easier</point>
  • <point>Identifying the most impactful opportunities in product development through data - features and configurations, design and user flow, personalisation, in-app communication, price packaging and more</point>
  • <point>Measuring the impact of product developments through understanding how they affect our customers and our business</point>

<title>About you:</title>

  • <point>You hold BSc in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics</point>
  • <point>You have at least 2-4 years of experience dealing with large volumes of data</point>
  • <point>You have outstanding SQL skills and a solid grasp of Python/R for data analysis</point>
  • <point>You are fluent with at least one of the BI tools and data visualisation in general (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, DataStudio, Metabase etc), and have experience with product analytics tools (e.g. MixPanel, Amplitude)</point>
  • <point>You have a proven ability to lead experimentation efforts: using applied statistics, designing and analysing experiments, providing recommendations</point>
  • <point>You craft compelling stories with data, driving change among your team and stakeholders</point>
