Job description

Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This entry-level position will primarily focus on data entry responsibilities related to monthly progress billings and weekly payroll. The ideal candidate should possess strong Excel skills and have a meticulous approach to data management.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input data for monthly progress billings and weekly payroll into our systems.
  • Maintain organized records and files, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Utilize Excel for data entry, manipulation, and reporting.
  • Assist with other data-related tasks as required.


Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, functions, data entry)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of retainage withholdings is a plus but not a requirement
  • College degree in a related field
