Job description

Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Amazon & E-commerce Project Manager to support our Amazon operations and B2B marketing efforts. This role will work closely with the Director of Marketing to drive B2B customer acquisition, support internal and external project management, and optimize our presence on Amazon and other marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, experience managing projects across teams, and the ability to integrate operational insights from our ERP system, NetSuite.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Marketing & B2B Growth Initiatives

  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing to execute B2B customer acquisition strategies, particularly for GPS tracking and IoT solutions.
  • Assist in managing and coordinating multi-channel acquisition programs, including paid search, SEO, content marketing, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of B2B marketing activities, helping to refine performance objectives and optimize conversion rates.

Project Management & Coordination

  • Oversee e-commerce projects related to Amazon and direct website sales, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business goals.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Director of Marketing, Amazon Team Lead, and other internal stakeholders, helping to coordinate activities with external vendors and agencies.
  • Manage day-to-day project activities, including setting timelines, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring consistent communication across teams.

Amazon & Marketplace Management

  • Support Amazon operations by assisting with listing management, troubleshooting issues, and implementing strategies to increase sales and subscription activations.
  • Collaborate with the Amazon Team Lead to analyze marketplace performance and propose strategic actions for growth.

ERP Integration & Reporting

  • Work with the team to integrate Amazon and marketplace activities with our ERP system (NetSuite) for accurate order, inventory, and subscription tracking.
  • Conduct custom searches and build reports within NetSuite to provide insights into sales trends and operational efficiency.

SOP Review & Process Improvement

  • Review and update existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to Amazon and e-commerce operations, ensuring they reflect current best practices and operational needs.
  • Identify areas for improvement in existing workflows and propose actionable solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within e-commerce or Amazon marketplace environments.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, including listing management, optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite strongly preferred), including creating custom searches and integrating data.
  • Analytical skills with experience in tracking and reporting on campaign performance, preferably in a B2B context.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and other online marketing acquisition programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience supporting B2B growth initiatives or direct marketing efforts.
  • Industry knowledge in the telematics or IoT market space.
  • Proficiency in Excel with a strong understanding of budgeting, modeling, and data analysis.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, graveyard shift, and may also be required to work on weekends.
