Purpose:

As the Technical Project Manager at Realm Digital, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion. You will lead project teams in a fast-paced environment, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and client requirements. With experience in Agile methodologies, specifically SCRUM and Kanban, you will drive project efficiency, ensure team alignment, and manage client expectations effectively. Your role is critical in shaping our project delivery approach and supporting team productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with Realm Digital’s quality standards
  • Lead project planning, defining scope, deliverables, resource needs, timelines, and budgets
  • Utilise Agile methodologies, including SCRUM and Kanban, to manage projects, optimise workflows, and facilitate iterative development
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, gathering feedback, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
  • Conduct regular SCRUM meetings, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and quality assurance, to coordinate and execute project plans
  • Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and promptly resolve issues to minimise impact on project outcomes
  • Prepare and present project status reports, keeping stakeholders informed and providing insight into project performance and progress
  • Champion process improvements, sharing best practices, and advocating for Agile principles within the team


Essential Skills, Attributes & Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, IT, or a related field would be advantageous
  • 4-6 years experience as a Project Manager or similar role in a technology or digital services environment
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM and Kanban, with experience managing projects in these frameworks
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to managing challenges and mitigating project risks
  • Strong leadership abilities, fostering a collaborative environment, and motivating teams toward shared goals
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools, including Jira, ClickUp, or similar
