    Job Overview

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support our talent acquisition team. You will assist in the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
    • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain candidate records.
    • Assist with screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews.
    • Facilitate background checks and reference verifications.
    • Support onboarding activities and prepare new hire documentation.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR support roles.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.

    Skills

    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

    Nice to Haves

    • Experience with social media recruiting strategies.
