Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced, credentialed Salesforce Architect to lead the strategic design and architecture of our Salesforce platform, while driving forward its implementation and optimization. This role is ideal for a professional with both a high-level, strategic vision for CRM architecture and the hands-on expertise to bring that vision to life. The Salesforce Architect report directly to our VP of Data and Business Systems team which will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement Salesforce solutions that drive efficiency, scalability, and insights within our Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • CRM Design & Strategy: Define and lead the strategic vision for our Salesforce CRM, ensuring it aligns with business goals and supports our scaling needs. Work closely with senior leadership to drive a roadmap that incorporates best practices in Salesforce architecture and system design.
  • Architecture & System Planning: Develop and maintain a Salesforce architecture that is robust, secure, and capable of handling complex requirements. Make high-level decisions on system integration, data management, and automation approaches.
  • Process Optimization & Automation: Collaborate with business stakeholders to deeply understand current processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization. Design solutions to streamline workflows across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Act as a strategic advisor to internal teams, facilitating a close partnership with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
  • System Implementation & Oversight: Oversee the deployment of Salesforce solutions, integrations, and enhancements, ensuring smooth rollouts and adherence to the CRM roadmap.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce capabilities and B2B SaaS trends, proactively identifying areas for enhancement and system upgrades to maintain an efficient, future-proof CRM ecosystem.

  • Required Qualifications:
  • Experience: 8+ years in Salesforce architecture, with substantial experience in CRM strategy, design, and process automation for B2B SaaS companies.
  • Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified B2B Solution Architect, Salesforce Certified Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
  • Strategic Vision & Technical Expertise: Proven ability to create and execute a Salesforce roadmap that aligns with business objectives, combined with technical proficiency in Salesforce architecture, automation, and integration.
  • Business Acumen: Deep understanding of CRM strategy within B2B SaaS, with experience designing Salesforce solutions to meet the needs of sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Collaboration & Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, build consensus, and influence decision-making across multiple teams.

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with additional Salesforce products, such as Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Service Cloud.
  • Background in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and experience leading projects from ideation to deployment.
