About the Role

As a Business Development Intern at Super.com, you will be sitting at the intersection of Corporate Development and Marketing, reporting to the Business Development Manager. As an integral part of the Business Development team, you will be accountable for assisting the development and execution of B2B partner marketing initiatives. You will have exposure across key projects and have the chance to make a big impact on the team and our customers.

Challenges You'll Solve
  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager to jointly develop and launch partner marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition of key growth product, assist managing existing partner relationships, competitor analysis, and analyze the performance of ongoing campaigns
  • Enhance partner engagement, including refining launch strategies and pre/post-launch analysis to aid data-driven outcomes
  • Explore expanding partnerships into new channels, contributing directly to the company’s key growth goals 
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, conducting regular meetings and overseeing communications to ensure seamless execution 
  • Drive bi-monthly partner performance reviews, establishing a robust infrastructure for detailed partner analysis and performance evaluation
