Work Location: Fully Remote (Must be based in Colombia)
Work Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: 8-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday (exact schedule to be determined during the client interview). Availability on Fridays is a plus.

Job Overview
As a Spanish Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist, you will enhance our client intake operations for a prestigious U.S. law firm. This role allows you to significantly contribute to our success while enjoying career growth and flexibility. We seek a detail-oriented and highly skilled individual proficient in both Spanish and English, ideally with a certification or proven experience at the C1 level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct remote intake interviews, meticulously documenting in both languages.
  • Screen client data for legal service eligibility.
  • Facilitate bilingual client-attorney communication.
  • Manage case entries and updates with case management software.
  • Ensure client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
  • Translate documents and assist in bilingual meetings as needed.
  • Analyze intake metrics for strategic service improvements.
