Head of Technical Development – Lead the Future of Innovation!
Location: Remote with occasional travel to Edinburgh and Bournemouth.
Salary: £70,000 - £75,000

As the Head of Technical Development, you will be:
  • Leading and inspiring a diverse team of tech professionals, nurturing their growth and development.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Encouraging a culture of learning and innovation, recognising and mentoring subject matter experts within the team.
  • Contributing to our technical strategy with your strong background in software development and team management.
  • Overseeing the integration of new technologies, ensuring our systems are robust and scalable.

What we're looking for:
  • Extensive experience working with technology, particularly software development.
  • Proven leadership in managing development teams.
  • High-level knowledge of data engineering concepts.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data analytics.
  • Solid understanding of PHP and MySQL (desirable)
