Head of Technical Development – Lead the Future of Innovation!
Location: Remote with occasional travel to Edinburgh and Bournemouth.
Salary: £70,000 - £75,000

As the Head of Technical Development, you will be:

Leading and inspiring a diverse team of tech professionals, nurturing their growth and development.
Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Encouraging a culture of learning and innovation, recognising and mentoring subject matter experts within the team.
Contributing to our technical strategy with your strong background in software development and team management.
Overseeing the integration of new technologies, ensuring our systems are robust and scalable.

What we're looking for:

Extensive experience working with technology, particularly software development.
Proven leadership in managing development teams.
High-level knowledge of data engineering concepts.
Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data analytics.
Solid understanding of PHP and MySQL (desirable)
