Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in India. You will will be responsible for implementing digital marketing strategies to increase engagement and conversions in collaboration with the full Marketing team.

What will you be doing?
  • Website
  • Maintain website, blogs, resources & other web/digital assets
  • Create high-conversion PPC pages to accompany Paid Media campaigns
  • Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality and engaging website pages and digital assets
  • Optimize website content (meta tags, headers, URLs, and other on-page elements) for search engines following the best practices and recommendations from our SEO vendor
  • Email Marketing
  • Develop, execute and manage email marketing and lead engagement efforts
  • Work with Marketing Managers to create drip, nurture and sequence campaigns
  • Work with Marketing Development Representatives to optimize outbound marketing
  • Lead Engagement
  • Create and qualify leads through multiple lead-generation channels including SEO, PPC, social media, email campaigns, referral programs, events and other online marketing initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to increase lead generation and engagement
  • Analytics and Reporting
  • Work with Marketing Data Analyst to analyze the data from inbound and outbound campaigns and implement optimization strategies
  • Track and analyze website and marketing campaigns; create weekly reports on website and email campaign performance
  • Interpret website and blog statistics, and identify areas for optimization

  • Other duties as assigned by your Manager.

  • What do we need from you?
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing with a strong understanding of B2B digital branding and marketing practices
  • Knowledge of HubSpot CMS, Marketing Hub required. Hubl, HTML, CSS knowledge preferred.
  • Proven working experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
  • Extensive knowledge of all parts of a digital marketing campaign, including content creation, A/B testing, website management, email marketing, SEO, PPC, LinkedIn campaigns, and customer outreach.
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, SEMrush, Linkedin, ZoomInfo
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
