Job Summary

The Product Delivery Consultant brings strong Oracle Suite experience (CC&B, C2M, CCS) and OUAF knowledge, supporting all implementation phases, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and support. This person should have both functional and technical expertise in Oracle Utilities CIS Applications and product development experience. 


Essential Job Functions

   Delivery Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients and Origin teams on solution management and technical designs, including all integration needs.
  • Own the application design, code, and configuration review, ensuring readiness for client handoff.
  • Performance tuning and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Responsible for application design, code, and configuration review.
  • Develop custom solutions and assume ownership of design decisions.

   Product Responsibilities

  • Expertise in MEAN stack and OUAF design and development.
  • Complete proof-of-concept work independently on cutting-edge technology.
  • Experience with cloud hosting platforms (AWS, OCI) and public cloud services.

Skill Requirements

  • XPath, XML, SQL/Oracle DB, REST Web Services, Groovy, XSLT, API development, MongoDB, Angular, Typescript, Express.js, Node.js

  Experience Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in consulting and product development. 
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the implementation, upgrade, or support with Oracle Utilities Applications such as MDM, CC&B, C2M and related edge products. 
  • Able to design new functionalities and conduct code reviews. 
  • Experience with configuration tools, coding/scripting, and cloud technologies.

 Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technology-related field equivalent technical training and experience.
