Job Description:
Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer is responsible for assisting in implementing the strategic roadmap for Identity at Pluralsight. Identity at Pluralsight includes managing Pluralsight’s Identity provider(s), identity governance and privileged access management. They provide Pluralsight team members with secure processes and systems that accelerate our ability to serve and therefore grow revenue. They partner with team members throughout the business to understand the need, demand, and risk in order to ensure secure access patterns are being followed.

What you’ll do:
Partner with the IAM Program Manager to implement Pluralsight’s identity program including privileged access management and identity governance
Administration of identity technologies that support our Identity program (Okta, Teleport, Lumos, etc.)
Provide guidance to assist in technical and strategic direction of Pluralsight's identity framework
Liaison between Identity and IT teams including assisting with some cloud resource administration
Conduct SaaS application reviews based on business requirements
Experience you’ll bring:
Experience with ServiceNow is a plus
Experience with implementing Role Based Access
Experience with Management of Cloud Infrastructure is a plus
Experience with Okta Workflows
Experience with PAM Applications (Teleport, Okta ASA, etc)
Requirements:
Experience supporting large scale deployments of Okta including the automation of roles and permissions
Technical experience with commonly used identity technologies (SAML, SCIM, LDAP, etc)
Okta Certified Professional required
Travel Requirements:
While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $100,800 - $124,400 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
