We are looking for a self motivated, program & project strategic leader for the customer channels revenue & retention strategy team. Verizon Value is positioned to evolve how we measure overall performance metrics across our field teams.  This position will help construct the strategic vision, both short-term and long-term, for what scorecards are used, what KPIs are prioritized, and what types of coaching drives our business priorities.

Responsibilities: 

  • Partnering with the field execution team and vendor partners to develop meaningful metrics and scorecards that evaluate performance 

  • Developing, and partnering with stakeholders to implement performance programs to drive resolution, CSAT, and other KPIs

  • Actively keeping a pulse on and drive targets and performance

  • Converting data into meaningful storyboard presentations.

  • Showcasing opportunities and pain points through deep-dive analysis with supporting data.

  • Gathering and manipulating large quantities of data.

What we're looking for:

You believe that solid data should be behind every important decision. You are a numbers person but you also have a strategic mindset. You have a knack for understanding and visualizing just the right way to share data and practical insights so that people can understand. Most importantly, you are able to create actionable programs based on what you learn from the data.

  • Leading large and complex team projects with minimal direct supervision

  • Designing, developing and implementing methods and strategies to continually improve processes

  • Presenting and communicating to all levels of the business

  • Providing excellent customer service experiences

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • A high degree of analytical capability with the proven ability to structure business cases around a high-level strategic vision.

  • Strong strategic skills, with the proven ability to identify and assess key points, implications and recommendations

In Office Days:  In this hybrid role, you will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager or at a minimum eight days per month, typically equating to two days per week.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $89,000.00 and $181,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
