The Energy Efficiency Program Associate will assist our Energy Efficiency Program Implementation Team in the delivery of a variety of programs. The work will entail contributing to the success of energy efficiency programs implemented by:

  • Representing Frontier Energy and its utility clients positively and professionally to all program participants, including homeowners, tenants, property owners, contractors, and public service agencies;
  • Entering and reviewing data and documentation submitted as part of energy efficiency incentive applications;
  • Determining whether energy efficiency measures qualify for incentive funding;
  • Working with the broader implementation team to document processes and decision-making criteria relevant to each program/measure;
  • Interacting with various program database applications to identify projects ready for review and moving projects toward completion;
  • Conducting outreach to customers to schedule on-site or remote inspections, and interacting with customers and clients politely and professionally; and,
  • Additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Prior knowledge and/or experience in building energy and/or energy efficiency concepts and measures.
  • Associates degree or higher.
  • Verbal fluency in Spanish and English. Written fluency in English.

Physical Demands:

  • Use a ladder safely
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Promotes and maintains a safe working environment
