What you’ll be doing...

We have an immediate need for a Fullstack Software Engineer at our Florence office - you'll have work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

The successful candidate will join an expanding R&D team, focused on significant platform growth and architectural evolution, working in cross functional teams to expand and improve our award winning SAAS Fleet Management products.

  • Participate in product feature design and implementation, both independently and in cooperation with your team.

  • Implement changes and new features in a manner which promotes efficient, reusable and performant code.

  • Participate in peer code reviews and quality assurance activities.

  • Investigate technical issues during the full development lifecycle including specific components in production.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.

  • Excellent understanding of algorithm design, implementation and testing.

  • Excellent knowledge of OOP, software design and web architectures.

  • Knowledge of versioning tools.

  • Knowledge of Software Lifecycle Management (writing unit and integration tests, monitoring, profiling, etc.).

  • Basic knowledge of distributed services and RESTful APIs (C#/.NET preferred).

  • Basic knowledge of databases' design and development.

  • Fluency in English.

Even better if you have:

  • Willingness to join a fast-paced team, working in a CI/CD environment following agile methodologies (Kanban).

  • Ability to approach problems with a sense of ownership, enthusiasm, and innovation.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills working within a distributed development team.

  • Knowledge of Cloud Computing (AWS preferred).

  • Basic knowledge of modern client-side applications (Angular preferred).
