Senior Motor Fleet Risk Consultant – Salary is competitive
Aviva currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Motor Fleet Risk Consultant to join our ARMS (Aviva Risk Management Solutions) specialist division - providing motor risk management services to Aviva and clients.
Our Senior Motor Risk Consultants lead all aspects of the development and delivery of Motor Risk Engineering Solutions, for Aviva clients across the Global Corporate & Specialty (GCS) accounts. Working collaboratively with internal and external clients to deliver excellent results. This position is key in delivering a risk management service which supports Aviva’s intention to be the top tier insurer in chosen markets.
ARMS deliver a bespoke service for our clients, helping customers protect their fleet operations, by always innovating, providing the latest best practice guidance, and services.
This role is home-based, with flexibility on location, and will involve working at various client sites as necessary. We believe this is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving, well established team.
A Full valid UK Driver’s License is also desirable due to the amount of travel - A company car will be provided.
The role’s duties & responsibilities:
Supporting the GCS Casualty Motor account with the aim of developing and delivering our prevention first philosophy working collaboratively with Aviva clients.
Managing and coordinating risks, handling technical referrals from brokers, clients and colleagues.
Producing bespoke quality survey reports, risk improvement management and working in partnership on innovative fleet risk solutions
Collaborative working across the wider GCS space to develop strong relationships and working practices.
Supporting initiatives to enhance services and operational improvements by acting on feedback from customers - sharing ideas and engaging with the team.
Skills & experiences required:
Transport and Logistics sector experience or a background of success in proactive motor risk management practices, with preferred relevant industry specific qualifications for example OLAT, CILT, NEBOSH, IRM, ACII.
Ability to analyse, collate and interpret motor claims data to ensure appropriate pro-active risk management decisions are made.
Good listening and questioning skills to identify fleet exposures, combined with the ability to communicate clearly to influence positive outcomes for our clients.
Knowledge of current and emerging motor related risk management.
The ability to work as part of a team as well as working autonomously to deliver quality results in a timely manner.

Salary is Competitive (depending on location, skills, experience and qualifications).
