The Position

1) Wide coverage for customers:

  • Evaluate and assist wide-area customers in registering on online platforms to achieve the number of targeted hospitals and doctors in the region;
  • maintain the retention rate of core users and ensure the frequency of doctor usage and interaction.
  • Ensure user satisfaction through educational content and interaction.

2) Online medical consultation and visit:

  • Timely handling of complex medical inquiries from core customers to ensure correctness and timeliness.
  • Improve the accuracy rate of AI models through training and regularly update the knowledge base.
  • Conduct regular online visits for core customers with presentation training needs.
  • 3) Medical content management and new media operation:

  • Responsible for the planning, writing, and updating of ophthalmic medical content to ensure its scientific, accurate, and compliant nature
  • Operate WeChat mini-programs, develop content promotion strategies, rapidly increase the number of fans, and enhance user stickiness.
  • 4) Market insight and data analysis:

  • Understand market trends and user needs, use data analysis tools to provide data support for content creation and platform development.
    • Generate regular operational data reports and valuable insights.
    • Provide feedback on insights to the medical department and the CE team.
  • 5Compliance adherence

  •  Ensure all medical initiatives implemented strictly adhere to Roche SOPs/codes and local regulations.
  •  Champion the implementation of medical compliance with high ethics and integrity.
