Inside Sales Associate
Gerber, A Part of Fiskars Group

Crafting Icons, One Adventure at a Time

Icons aren’t born—they’re crafted through experience, innovation, and relentless dedication. Gerber, from its roots in family-run knife manufacturing in 1939, has been a trusted companion to adventurers worldwide, guiding them through challenges and triumphs. From legendary hunting knives to multi-tools built for the toughest moments, Gerber is by your side, enabling everyday greatness.

As part of the Fiskars Group, we’re supported by a 375-year heritage in quality craftsmanship and design innovation. Together, we bring adventure and utility to life. Fiskars empowers us to pioneer tools that make life extraordinary, and as we look to the future, we're searching for passionate individuals to join us on this journey.

The Role: Inside Sales Associate

We’re seeking a driven, organized Inside Sales Associate to help write Gerber’s next chapter. In this role, you’ll connect with independent dealers and buy-group customers, expanding Gerber’s market reach and fostering long-term relationships. You’ll work alongside a passionate team of sales, marketing, and operations professionals to bring our go-to-market strategies to life, ensuring our customers have the tools they need to fuel their own stories of adventure and resilience.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive revenue growth with existing and new customers, achieving personal and team sales targets.
  • Communicate with customers regularly to become a trusted advisor, presenting tailored solutions.
  • Use insights into customer trends to ensure optimal inventory and strategic product placement.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends that guide product development.
  • Generate new leads and uncover opportunities for market expansion.
  • Maintain accurate records in SalesForce CRM and resolve customer issues promptly.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for someone who thrives in an environment that values adventure, resilience, and craftsmanship. You’ll bring:

  • Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 3-4 years in an inside sales or similar role, with experience in the outdoor industry preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in SalesForce and Microsoft Office Suite.

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

At Gerber, you’ll be part of a team inspired by exploration and innovation. We value creativity, collaboration, and reliability, always looking to push boundaries and reimagine possibilities. This isn’t just a job—it’s a place where your contributions help shape the future of outdoor adventure gear. Join us and be part of a community that crafts experiences, empowers users, and redefines reliability.

This position is full-time and could be a fully remote or hybrid role (combination of in-office + remote role) depending on location. This role reports to Jim Kimmel, Director of Sales - Sporting Goods and Government.

Join us at Gerber, where creativity and reliability unite to make every adventure extraordinary. Together, we’ll craft the future of outdoor adventures.

We are eagerly awaiting your application. We review applications on a continuous basis, so please submit your resume today! Don’t worry about a cover letter, your application is enough indication of your interest.
