Our remit includes product oversight and client service, related to the locally offered solutions across the region, including Separately Led Accounts, ETFs, Alternatives and Mutual Funds.
The Latin America Client Service team is a group of professionals within BlackRock’s Technology & Operations organization. The Client Service team is responsible for managing all aspects of the client journey and delivering a best-in-class experience to our clients. This team works closely with Sales and Product Specialists to provide day-to-day support to clients and deliver on the client strategy.
As a member of the Client Service Sales Support Desk, you will be an extension of the Client Services team, working in close collaboration with the Leveraged Sales Desk Team for our Wealth business. Together, both teams are responsible for providing support and co-coverage with our external wholesalers. The team is responsible for conducting a series of analysis (Morningstar, Bloomberg, etc.) and responding to clients while also helping maintain the business management for the Offshore Wealth segment.
BlackRock’s LatAm Wealth team, a division of BlackRock’s Latin America business, is currently one of the region’s most multifaceted businesses. By focusing on financial intermediary sales of BlackRock products through wire-houses, broker-dealers, private banks, independent advisors, family offices, and RIAs. The team has helped solidify BlackRock's position as a top provider of investment solutions for the offshore wealth segment in the Americas.
Role Responsibility
Respond to Client requests for information on funds/ETFs, including: i) factsheets and ii) fund information.
Participate with Market Leader in client meetings and follow-up on action items.
Monitor the Offshore Wealth inbox for Client inquiries and route as appropriate to market leaders.
Maintain an inventory of product related information to provide Clients.
Coordinate and handle the approval of collateral through RedOak platform.
As needed support data maintenance (including CRM) processes.
As needed provide support for requests for Bloomberg, Morningstar, or similar reports (subject to accurate content licensing agreements being in place with such third parties).
Partner with home-office team to maintain product approval list for key clients.
Experience
Experience with investment management, investment operations, investment accounting/reporting are preferred.
Experience in client support and facing functions.
You can execute consistently, show strong organization skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Experience working in a team setting and consistent track record to collaborate across complex organizations.
Robust data analysis and data visualization skills are required.
Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrates the ability to adapt to evolving product landscapes.
Candidates should have a keen eye for opportunities to build efficiency, and a track record of executing these improvements.
Knowledge of SQL, Python, and VBA are preferred.
Strong English knowledge is required.
