Your responsibilities include:
- Calendar Management:
- Oversee and coordinate the client's calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling of all professional and personal commitments
- This includes managing client meetings, webinars, training sessions, team gatherings, and personal appointments such as school pick-ups and family events
- Handle last-minute scheduling changes with agility and professionalism
- Communicate with clients to confirm or reschedule appointments as needed
- Stay organized amidst shifting priorities, anticipating needs ahead of time to maintain an efficient calendar
- Digital Coordination & Communication:
- Manage incoming text messages and WhatsApp communications, responding promptly and effectively, while ensuring clear and professional representation of the client's interests
- Utilize remote task management and effective communication via text or voice memos
- Accommodate special requests from the client and ensure a seamless communication flow
- Email Management:
- Organize and manage the client’s inbox, addressing inquiries and flagging important messages for attention
- Clear out junk mail and maintain an organized email environment
- Handle emails related to customer support, technical issues, or other administrative concerns from clients
- Task Management and Record Keeping:
- Shadow meetings to record action items and key points mentioned by the client, demonstrating proactive listening skills
- Maintain a detailed 'To-Do' list, prioritizing tasks based on the client’s instructions and upcoming deadlines
- Organize and track information, ensuring follow-up tasks are communicated to the client as requested
- Capture thoughts, projects, tasks, and plans discussed in evening check-ins for future action, while ensuring they are recorded for reference
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support for the client's revolutionary course, including:
- Customer support for enrolled clients
- Addressing technical issues (e.g., login problems, content access)
- Managing order queries and administrative questions from clients
