Position Summary:

The Revenue Operations Program Manager is responsible for supporting the continued operations of the Revenue organization. The Revenue Operations Program Manager will enable and support the Revenue organization by systematizing and leading the execution of the back-office tasks critical to supporting Truckstop’s 30% growth plan and scaling the Sales & CX orgs in a sustainable way. This position will establish & improve the efficiency and impact of three distinct RevOps Programs (Resource Optimization, Sales Compliance, and Commissions & Incentives) through people and process management.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Stand up a formal Sales Compliance/Deal Desk program responsible for creating, refining, and administering Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Rules of Engagement (ROEs), and other policies
  • Effect iterative improvements to Truckstop’s SOPs, ROEs, and other policies
  • Proactively analyze and report on deal data insights to influence Sales strategy
  • Improve commission payment accuracy and timeliness by influencing improvements to the Commissions & Incentives program’s processes and systems
  • Refine our Month-end Close process to accelerate final bookings reporting, and work with GTM Systems to systematize the Close process in Salesforce.com (minimize post-Close adjustments to booking data)
  • Analyze and optimize Sales and CSM territories and account alignments
  • Lead Sales and CX capacity planning exercises in partnership with Revenue leaders and Finance
  • Contribute to the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
  • Partner with Revenue leadership and other cross-functional teams on initiatives including (but not limited to) business reviews, goal setting processes, and incentive administrations
  • Support Senior Sales Leadership in the creation presentations for Executive and Board meetings
  • Effectively communicate with Revenue Leadership
Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent professional experience
  • Master’s in Business Administration preferred
  • SFDC Administrator Certification preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Salesforce.com power user or administrator
  • Experience with data integrity projects including deduplication of records, record ownership management, data append projects, etc.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations role

Final salary is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$110,000$120,000 USD
