The Mission

We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Analyst to join our team. This role will support our sales and alliances performance efforts by providing critical insights, maintaining data accuracy, and delivering comprehensive reports that drive informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce, strong spreadsheet skills, and partner management or account mapping. Familiarity with AWS or partner environments is a plus.

Your Assignment

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our alliances by driving account mapping efforts and analyzing partner data to enhance collaboration. You will align external partner data with internal Salesforce records, ensuring consistency and enabling deeper insights. Your work will be instrumental in helping the team track performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and support strategic initiatives.

  • Account Mapping & Data Integration: Lead account mapping efforts by integrating external partner data with our Salesforce system, ensuring accuracy and alignment for cross-team collaboration.
  • AWS Platform Record Management: Support assignment of inbound leads from AWS and managing our listings and transactions in AWS Marketplace
  • Alliances Insights & Reporting: Analyze partner data to extract actionable insights, supporting the alliances team in identifying opportunities for deeper engagement and improved partner performance.
  • Segment & Territory Reporting: Develop and maintain detailed segment and territory reports, identifying trends and providing insights that support both internal and partner-led initiatives.
  • Dashboard Development: Build and manage dashboards that track account mapping progress, performance metrics, and key trends across partner territories and segments.
  • Sales & Partner Performance Reporting: Prepare standardized reports on both sales and partner performance, providing valuable insights to guide strategic decision-making.

Your Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales or alliances experience at a B2B company required. Technical consulting or services companies preferred
  • Experience in Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation required
  • Experience building sales reports in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel required
  • Experience with partner account mapping and territory alignment highly desirable
  • Experience with sales data analysis and partner influence insights preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
