Job description

Location Details: Pune

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

This role requires working three, out of five days per week until 10 pm IST.

Customer Growth Analysts at GoDaddy are crucial in driving business performance and achieving tangible commercial results. The team’s expertise lies in crafting and maintaining analytical tools that efficiently measure business performance, uncover valuable insights that pave the way for profitable revenue growth.  

This role works to draw data for databases using SQL and designs new components to propel customer growth; by campaign and audience creation, deep diving into data and building reporting using Quick Sight and Tableau to support our business teams. This would be an exciting role for a customer analytic focused analyst who enjoys an innovative role, propelling projects forward and can bring exceptional expertise in data querying languages, programming, and data-driven decision making.

What you'll get to do...

  • Build detailed solutions for reporting A/B test and experimentation results, build business cases and business performance reporting /related recommendations
  • Identify and accelerate the levers that drive profitable growth by developing attribution models, consumer behaviour models, and data-driven insights
  • Provide revenue optimisation recommendations by conducting in-depth analytics, including clustering, to drive personalisation for marketing efforts (e.g., product, price, promotion, place)
  • Deliver clear and relevant analysis, including Tableau dashboards. Show results in easy-to-understand visualisations that improve decision-making quality and increase decision-making velocity
  • Lead exploratory analysis with limited supervision, including identifying appropriate datasets, writing data queries, and cross-validating findings
  • Support the development, execution and optimisation of growth campaigns across various channels to improve user acquisition, engagement and retention.
  • Develop and implement sophisticated customer segmentation strategies to personalise marketing efforts, enhance targeting accuracy, and drive impactful engagement

Your experience should include...

  • 3+ years proficiency in an analytics role; crafting and maintaining analytical tools that optimally measure business performance and in recommending appropriate analytical frameworks that provide actionable insights
  • 2+ years expert proficiency in SQL i.e. solid hands-on experience writing SQL for data analysis and can draw data for databases using SQL, etc
  • Experience with data visualization tools to support business teams and report building using Quick Sight and Tableau, Hive as well as cloud computing platform AWS
  • Experience with analytical techniques such as linear regression, binary classification, clustering, time series forecasting, and multi-variate experimentation
  • Used to collaborating with team members across multiple geographies and time zones
