What you will do:

  • Communicate effectively with partnering merchants
  • Resolve conflicts and address concerns promptly
  • Escalate financial and technical issues to relevant internal teams
  • Ensure the satisfaction of partnering merchants with the services provided
  • Establish a trustworthy relationship and a strong sense of community with the partners
  • Establish communication routines

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
  • Mandatory 2+ years experience in account management
  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
  • Mature and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Will be a great plus:
