Job Title: Virtual Administrator - LATAM
Location: Remote (CST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 1800 USD

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST

Position Overview:

The Virtual Administrator will primarily handle processing orders, communicating with clients and team members, maintaining accurate and organized event details, and occasionally reaching out to past clients to regain business for future events. This role requires managing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting sales efforts through research and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Manage and process client orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients and team members to ensure event details are up-to-date and organized.
  • Administrative Support: Handle calendar entries, send invoices using QuickBooks online, and manage emails.
  • Research Tasks: Perform research to support operations and sales, such as finding shipping arrangements or identifying timely events for sales outreach.
  • Client Outreach: Reconnect with past clients to encourage future business engagements.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in using Google products (Gmail, Calendar, Drive).
  • Experience with QuickBooks online for invoicing.
  • Strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in customer support or client relations.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • A love of live events, weddings, corporate parties, and other milestone events.
  • Friendly personality to communicate with customers and other event professionals.
