Job description

  • Full time position
  • Renumeration: Php 35,000 to Php 40,000 per month
  • Work Schedule: 6 AM to 4 PM PHT
  • Freelance/Independent Contractor Set Up

Three Peaks International is a Sydney based staffing solutions partner which provides local and virtual staffing solutions to Australian businesses through outsourcing, recruitment, and migration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical support by filling out forms, and updating the clients files.
  • Responsible for sending basic corresponding files to the clients and assist in basic Visa and migration work
  • Provide administrative support to existing Senior Legal Assistant/ Migration staff and Director
  • Assist in general administration duties such as documentation, proofreading correspondences, and research.
  • Ensure accuracy of data entered in the CRM System provided.
  • Respond to inquiries, calls, and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Drafting legal document and case work and administration
  • Drafting internal processes and procedures
  • Contacting clients and business partners

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 2-3 years of experience as a Migration/Legal Assistant
  • Must have experience working for an Australian law firm, or Visa Migration Agency
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Drive.
  • Advanced organizational skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.

Technical Requirements

- Should have personal and working laptop/ Desktop, and one (1) back up
- Has Noise-cancelling headset (for interview and meetings)
- Back up internet connection (at least 30-50 mbps)
