The Past, Present & Future
The Past: Uberall was founded in 2013 by David Federhen and Florian Hübner, two longtime friends with a vision to improve customer experience across the online and offline worlds. They created a platform that connected companies with local customers in the digital-first moment.
The Present: We're on a mission to empower businesses to thrive locally, and believe every business deserves success, regardless of size or location. Simply put, our location marketing platform exists to help our customers get found online and connect with customers through search, discovery, engagement, and conversion.

As an Implementation Consultant, you are the main point of contact for delivering our solution to our international customers and resellers in the North America region. You onboard, train and provide our partners with important product information on our Location Marketing Cloud (SaaS).
You bring a technical answer to our customers’ strategy and ensure they are built for long-term success with our solution. You are responsible for the technical implementation of our customers and accompany them at the highest level through the first application steps with our product. Not only the customer contact will be important in this position, but also the coordination, especially with our revenue as well as product teams.
Your Responsibilities:You will be responsible for the implementation of our solution and the onboarding of our customersYou will ensure a smooth implementation, to increase early adoption and drive a successful collaboration between Uberall and our customersYou will deliver an onboarding plan in accordance with the customer’s roadmap, by coordinating and collaborating closely with the teams involved in the process (Pre-Sales, Sales, Customer Success, Product…)Assessing, understanding and offering the best resolution to any challenge our customers wish to overcomeYou will be responsible for escalating misalignments identified throughout the onboarding via the appropriate internal channels (e.g. Jira, Salesforce)Your expertise about the directories we are working with (Google, Facebook…) will be a reliable asset to guide our customers towards successYou will become familiar with our processes and support the rest of the Customer Operations department in their efforts to constantly develop and improve our Product knowledge, internally and externallyYou work on individual projects and bring your suggestions to the front when it comes to process improvements and optimizationYou strive for constantly enriching the available documentation, internally and externallyYour Profile:BA/BS degree (optional)Relevant professional experience at a B2B software company in relation to a product requiring explanation, preferably in the areas of digital marketing, e-commerce or ITExperience in an Implementation/Onboarding Specialist role or similar, familiar with the technical requirements for delivering a SaaS solution to international customersCustomer-facing experience, focus on increasing customer satisfaction and reducing customer churn through technical solutionsYou enjoy training, assisting and solving problems with great solutionsYou use all resources available to analyse something from a different angle and strive for your customers adoption and successStrong business acumen required, you are familiar with the Sales cycle and understand the stakes of our customersYou can quickly familiarise yourself with new and complex technologyPrioritising and organising yourself is essential to have your portfolio under controlYou already worked with ticketing and CRM systems in the past (e.g. Jira, Salesforce)You are tech-savvy (backend & API) and have experience with large datasets (Excel (advanced), SQL) and reporting tools (JIRA, Salesforce).Experience with management of Google Business Profile or Facebook Business Manager would be a strong assetYou have experience working in an international teamYou are open to new ideas and approachesYou can work independently and are comfortable working remotelyWhat we offer:
