We are seeking a Senior Commission Analyst who brings extensive experience with commission calculations and strong financial modeling skills at a SaaS company. You will play a key role in supporting our business with strategic analysis and detailed financial insights.

What To Expect in This Position
  • Own monthly and quarterly variable compensation processing, validation, analysis, and distribution of compensation reports, ensuring accuracy and timely communication.
  • Present commission data and analyses to GTM teams, sales leaders, and the executive team, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Develop and provide ongoing standard and ad-hoc reports, and analyze historical, current, and prospective commission activity.
  • Analyze the cost of commissions per group and ensure alignment with relevant budgets.
  • Address and resolve any queries from GTM teams regarding their compensation, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Calculate commission accruals for month-end financial close processes.
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies or exceptions, effectively communicating outcomes to GTM teams.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to commission payments, including maintaining comprehensive documentation of commission calculations, payments, and audits.
  • Provide insights on performance, evaluate and analyze trends, and serve as a point of contact for commission-related questions.
  • Assist with revenue-related aspects of the company, leveraging financial modeling skills to provide comprehensive support and insights.

  • What Sets You Apart
  • 5+ years of experience in a compensation analytics role, with a preference for candidates with experience in a SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial modeling, particularly within the SaaS industry.
  • Advanced skills in Salesforce, Excel and G-Suite.
  • Previous experience implementing a sales commission software is a plus
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of precision and attention to detail.
  • Rigorous Time Management: Must possess exceptional organizational skills to meet strict deadlines consistently. Responsible for ensuring all commission-related activities, from calculation to payment, are conducted within the established timelines.
