Data Insights and Analytics Associate

General Overview:

This entry-level position focuses on the delivery of custom reports in support of the Primary Market Research team. In collaboration with other members of our client services team, you will analyze primary market research data using analytics technologies to create custom visual reports that deliver concise insights for stakeholders at top life science companies. 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create custom insights reports implementing industry best practices for data visualization in PowerPoint, using InCrowd’s technology and tools 
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure report deliverables clearly represent research findings and address client needs within agreed timelines
• Work within Client Service Team Pod to better understand specific client products, research preferences, and the market forces affecting their business
• Analyze and synthesize research across quantitative and qualitative methodologies into clear and compelling client-ready reports
• Hand-off topline analysis to external vendors so that they may provide support to the reports you are owning
• Perform quality management checks on client deliverable to ensure data quality is upheld across all projects

Qualifications:

Educational / Technical 

• Bachelor's degree: background or focus on life sciences, statistics or data analytics a plus
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Excel and PowerPoint
• Background in use of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) is a plus
• Background in use of data analytics tools (DisplayR, Qlikview, SAS, Python etc.) is a plus
